Worship Coordinator (PT) & Content Producer (PT)

Details

We are seeking a Worship Coordinator to help strengthen and develop the worship ministry at Gateway. This role involves working closely with our Senior Pastor and existing worship leaders to deepen our worship culture, support and equip our teams, and help raise up future worshippers.

The ideal candidate will be both spiritually discerning, administratively gifted and developer of others — someone who loves the presence of God, values excellence, and thrives in organisation and team development.

Based primarily at our West Bromwich campus, with opportunities in our Liverpool campus 

Typical week: two to three days in the working week based around West Bromwich.  Sundays rotate around the two locations.

Salary will be determined based on skill and experience.

We are seeking a Content Producer who can lead and deliver Gateway’s communications strategy, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all digital and traditional platforms.  Through compelling content, strong branding and innovative campaigns, this role is key to promoting our vision, deepening engagement with our church family, and enhancing our community and online presence.

Based at our West Bromwich campus.
